The Medokanja project focuses on analyzing healthcare waiting lists to enhance resource management and improve patient care for a public hospital. The name "Medokanja" combines "Medo" (medical) and "Kanja" (patient in Japanese).


This project aims to equip a hospital with actionable insights to minimize waiting times and enhance operational efficiency. By utilizing historical trends (2018–2021), the dashboard identifies bottlenecks, improves service delivery, and highlights demographic patterns and medical specialties with delays, enabling targeted improvement strategies.
